If you have ordered items that need to be shipped, our aim is to have orders shipped out within 2-3 business days unless it is an exceptionally large order, in which case it may take a week or two longer.
We are working hard to reduce shipping costs, and have already brought this down by nearly 50% for most orders. The larger your order, the less we have to charge as a % of your order.
