Return, Refund & Resending Policy

Refunds for Registrations for Professional Learning

  • A refund of 75% of your registration fee, or a 100% credit, is available up until one week before the event.
  • A refund of 50% of your registration fee, or a 75% credit, is available up until the event starts.
  • No refund is available after the event starts.
  • Registrations are non-transferable.

Defective Tools, Equipment or Resources (physical items)

  1. Defective products are defined as those which have an obvious malfunction that prevents the item from being used in the way it was intended due to an error in production
  2. If replaced, this may have to be part of our next bulk order period
  3. Credit is granted via coupon voucher
  4. Customers have 30 days to report a problem from the date of receipt
  5. User damage does not constitute replacement
  6. Credit or replacement will be available, depending on the product
  7. A photo of the defective product will be required
  8. If we require the item to be shipped back to us, or the supplier, it will be at our expense

Resending Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to customer error, we are happy to re-ship at the customer’s expense. Cost of reshipment must be pre-paid prior to shipping.
