This will take place from 7pm-9pm local time on Wednesday, May 7 on the 3rd floor in room KC 303 at the Kinnear Centre for Creativity & Innovation at the Banff Centre. This will take place right after the exhibitor set-up time (same building as the exhibitor booths).
