If you haven’t completed Season 2: Learning from the Land, we encourage you to complete this year of learning first.
We will begin by exploring commonly held beliefs, recognizing the diversity of Indigenous perspectives and the importance of local relationships. Then, we will present a practical guide to protocol and how to move forward in celebrating unity and cultural respect.
This season of learning was developed in partnership with Rise Up Indigenous Wellness, an Indigenous run and directed non-profit organization.
Unlike Season 1 and Season 2, Season 3 will be primarily shared through online virtual sessions. Through video, audio lessons and learning together regularly in a virtual meeting space, we will focus on:
These sessions are scheduled for Wednesdays at 4pm Pacific / 7pm Eastern time on the following dates: Oct 30, Nov 27, Dec 18, Jan 29, Feb 26, Mar 26, Apr 30, May 28 and June 11
All learning sessions will be recorded and made available following the session until August 31, 2025.
Virtual Learning (1.5-2 hours/month)

Upon completion of all online learning (15 learning hours).
